‘Nicky’ is an ex BBC camera man, producer and company director of ‘GE-Media Limited’ (Established 1998). He is an experienced expedition leader, mountaineer, caver and sailor.

Lee: Techsec-Cameraman & Stills
Lee joins us from the Royal Navy were he served as a Combat Cameraman. He started his career as a Royal Marine before transferring to the Navy to train in Photography. Accustomed to working in extreme environments and under constant pressure, Lee has built up a reputation for delivering impressive results in stills photography and Video. His work experience includes Combat Cameraman, image management, processing and manipulation and Scene of Crime information Operations media.
In 2005 Lee was awarded Royal Navy Photographer of the Year. His qualifications include: in Digital Imaging (GNVQ), Electronic News Gathering and completed the Armed Forces Professional Photography Course.

Steve: Techsec-Cameraman
Steve is a highly experience television cameraman and former Royal Marine with 22 years service. A BBC trained camera operator Steve has developed a wide range of skills that include; Final cut Pro and AVID editor he has a thorough knowledge of Bagan (starlight transmission kit), Quicklink and Vpoint systems. Steve’s camera experiences include work as a combat camera man while serving in the Marines and commercially for BBC, Reuters, CH4, Sky News and Sky Sports. |

Gary has over 16 year’s experience of the design industry which has seen him working in many diverse market sectors from corporate, retail, finance, technology, industry and property to beauty and catering.
Recent work includes Lloyds TSB (re-branding), Fisons, Sony, Otis Lifts, The Body Shop, Vodafone, Savilles Plc, The Welsh Development Agency, Camden Council, The Food Standards Agency, Railtrack, Network Southeast, ABNAMRO and Investec.

James: TechSec-Air
James provides TechSec with our Air-Media capability, providing practical support and expertise during film task that have an air element. James joined the Royal Navy as a Commando Helicopter Pilot in 1991. Since then he has flown 13 different types and amassed over 4000 hours as an Aircraft Commander. He saw Operational service in a number of theatres including Northern Ireland, Bosnia and Iraq. In March 2003 he flew as Mission Commander on a number of missions in Southern Iraq. For his actions James was awarded a Distinguished Flying Cross, the first in over 50 years to a Fleet Air Arm pilot.
Qualifications: James has an Airline Transport Pilots License with Flying Instructor rating (ATPL (H) FI)).

Keith: TechSec-Maritime
Keith is the Director of Cruise Control Ltd who specializes in Marine Training and the supply of RYA/MCA commercial skippers/Training and motor vessels along with HSE spec Divers/Training with dive support vessels. They are also a RYA official training centre for all Power/Cruiser and shore based courses along with PADI scuba diving Instruction and specialist courses with tri-mix training available.
Keith’s portfolio includes: Waterborne security for Cunard (QE2 & QM2) and various USN vessels whilst in UK waters and delivering coastal & offshore training (practical and theory) to M.O.D. & other Government agencies.

Robbie Rock climbing: Mountain instructor certificate. Potholing / caving: Cave instructor certificate. Diving: BSAC dive instructor. Cave diver: (Cave Dive Group). Technical rope work and rigging skills: IRATA.
Robbie’s work includes: Camera support / rigging on various TV productions, Cave diving expeditions to Cueva Cheve Mexico, J2 cave Mexico and hell Hole United States.

Si has a wealth of parachuting and fast boat experience and he has become a key element during planning and safety coordination of parachuting and fast boat related jobs.
An ex Royal Marine Si’s qualifications include: Parachuting; Tandem Instructor MTTB & BPA, AFF BPA USPA, Tandem Examiner USPA, Static Line Instructor BPA USPA, Advanced Instructor USPA & IAD Instructor Assisted Deployment, Instructor USPA, Professional demo jumper & Camera flier. Fast boats; RYA Yachtmaster / commercial, Fabio Buzzi's test driver & training officer to world wide government agencies & Test pilot for XSMG. Records include holder of the Monaco to London world endurance record (FOBS 80), Holder of the round Great Britain world endurance record (FB-80) & Winner of the Torquay Cowes race 2008 (FPT RED).

Andy: TechSec-High Access
Andy is a mountain Guide (IFMGA) based in France. He has worked for troll safety equipment were his responsibilities included height safety and rescue training throughout the UK for land based and offshore environments. Andy has also been involved in numerous film safety work jobs since the early 1990’s.
Previous work includes: Alien Empire (BBC Natural History Unit), positioning a camera crew on a 150m overhanging cliff. Equinox (Channel 4) climbing stunt work for documentaries. Mountain Men (Discovery) Safety for camera crews during Alpine winter. The hard Face of the Orge (YTV and Channel 4) Filming in Karakoram Pakistan at altitudes above 6000m. |
